explores the confusion of identity that arises between the real and virtual selves in modern society. Drawing an analogy from quantum mechanics, where multiple states coexist until observed, the work visualizes how our identities fluctuate and overlap across physical and digital spaces.

Using hands as symbols of human connection, the piece represents the “physical self” and the “self in the media,” merging and diverging within shifting real-virtual environments. Through the imagery of point clouds and dynamic movement, Gap reinterprets the phenomenon of self-overlapping as a poetic reflection on the question, “Who am I?”
